Conference registration
Please register online using the registration form. We encourage early registration as the on-site accommodation is limited (please refer to the information in the Accommodation section).
Conference Registration Fees
The registration fees for the RMA conference are the following:
- Regular Registration
- Before May 1: $300 for RMA members / $360 for non-members (includes $60 for membership)
- After May 1: $350 for RMA members / $410 for non-members (includes $60 for membership)
- Student Registration
- Before May 1: $100 for RMA members / $110 for non-members (includes $10 for membership)
- After May 1: $130 for RMA members / $140 for non-members (includes $10 for membership)
The conference registration fee includes:
- The attendance at the conference;
- The icebreaker on June 15;
- Coffee brakes (June 16-18);
- Lunches (June 16-18);
- Optional social evenings at a hospitality suite (June 16-17);
- The Banquet (June 18)
The conference registration fees do not include breakfasts, which are included in the hotel registration fees, and dinners for June 16-18, which are expected to be attended by all individuals on their own.
Additional banquet tickets may be purchased at the conference for $40 per ticket.
