Payment and confirmation
Full payment for Conference delegates' registration can be made in equivalent Canadian dollars by credit card at the on-line sites below. Delegates' registration fee schedule is as follows (all values are $CDN unless otherwise indicated):
Payment prior to May 15, 2011:
- RMA members (2011 dues paid): $335
- Non-RMA members: $400 (fee includes RMA Membership for 2011-2012 @ $US65)
- Students: $150
Payment after May 15, 2011:
- RMA members (2011 dues paid): $400
- Non-RMA members: $465 (fee includes RMA Membership for 2011-2012 @ $US65)
- Students: $150
All fees include the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Payment for accommodation
Please note that conference registration does NOT include conference accommodation. Details on accommodations at the University of Ottawa Residences can be found on the Accommodation page.
Other accommodations should be booked directly through an Ottawa hotel.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons attending the conference presentations and/or events must register on site at the Conference Registration Desk in the Desmarais Building.
Confirmation
Registering delegates will receive confirmation when payment is processed.

Student Travel Support
Limited funds are available for registered students for the 2011 World Conference on Natural Resource Modeling in Ottawa. Students seeking travel support are requested to send information on their travel budgets to the conference organizers Rick Moll and Dan Lane before May 1, 2011. Student requesters will be notified by May 15, 2011 of possible travel support funding.
Deadline
The deadline for registration is June 13, 2011.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to e-mail: fahey@telfer.uottawa.ca. Cancellations after June 1, 2011 cannot be accepted.
