The standard of student talks was very high, making the task for the judges particularly difficult. Congratulations to the following students whose presentations won the judges' awards. They are listed here in alphabetic order:

Abbey Camaclang: Relative importance of spatially-structured poaching activity on the viability of northern abalone (Haliotis kamtschatkana) populations.
Nils Krueck: Coupled oceanographic-genetic modeling to infer spawning behaviour of sea mullet (Mugil cephalus).
